Had a fantastic experience staying here, very well priced and quiet. No complaints from me, overall had a great stay.

I've been staying here for over a year, and I haven't had any problems. They keep the rooms clean, the parking lot stays clean. It's located close to restaurants if you run out of towels or toiletries they have no problem with giving you more everybody the workers the owners everybody that's up here very nice and willing to help you I recommend this place it's a very respectful place to stay

Decent modestly priced room, nothing special. Kinda sketchy area of town (that's not the hotels fault). Staff was awesome and accomdating.

It's cheap but the beds are comfortable. It looks really ghetto and may scare people off by the looks, but everybody keeps to themselves. They clean everyday and the staff is kind

This is a great motel. It is clean and the owner is very friendly.

It was a nice room for a low price , very clean and definitely worth it. Housekeeping was polite and courteous. Only bad thing was I called the next morning and asked about the breakfast that the website said the hotel had , the owner/manager said that there was free coffee and a free pastry . I walked to the office only to find coffee and the worker no where to be found .

Please read the entire review before forming an opinion. I saved the good stuff for last. It was very clean and the pricing was very reasonable but don't believe the prices that they advertise. If they say they have a room for a certain price, when you go to check in, they will say that there are not any more of those rooms available. If there is a weekly price advertised, same thing, no more available or they are not offering weekly rates at this time. Even if the prices are still flashing on the marquee (sign) outside at the exact same time as you are checking in, no more of those available or not offering them. The cleaning staff was very rude but did there job as the rooms were clean and my belongings were exactly where I had left them. The rest of the other staff was friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance man. Even though I felt like he may have been just a bit too friendly, lol, but that could have just been his personality. He was very nice and helpful anyway. The water was nice and hot. The sheets and towels were clean. The overall room was clean and well maintained. Even with them not offering the room rates that they advertise, my room (a double) was only $65 and that was with all taxes and fees. I think a single was only $55 with taxes and fees. Even the motels/hotels that advertise the $49 rooms, if they have any rooms at that price, end up being more than $65 with taxes and fees and they are completely disgusting to boot. It sure beats the rest of the motels/hotels in the price range of (<$65) and even most of the motels/hotels in the $65-$110 price range. All-in-all, it is the best option for a motels/hotel in the <$65-$110 price range. But you might want to book in advance, they stay pretty full.

This was not listed as the least expensive inn on the websites i looked on, actually i don't recall it being mentioned on several sites at all. Yet it was the least expensive of them all on university drive. I will be staying there on my next trip for sure. No reservations necessary.
